Step 2. Walk Before We Work
We walk every pane before a squeegee comes out. Story height, lot access, window condition, and anything pre-existing like blown seals, scratches, or aluminum-framed windows that need careful casing chemistry. Everything we find, we tell you.
Step 3. Safe Ladder Setup on Compact Lots
Stabilizer bars and leg levelers go on every ladder, set level on whatever surface the lot presents. Overhanging branches are common on these streets. We set up safely around them.
Step 4. The Clean
On East Milton's newer two-story fills, that means working through every pane of vinyl double-hung glass, as well as traditional aluminum frames, where pollen film and leaf tannin from the close canopy above have had time to layer up between cleanings. About 90 to 95 percent of our work is hand-tooled with a squeegee and clean microfibers. Return customers on recurring plans and screen-free jobs get the water-fed pole with purified water where it fits.

- Track Deep Cleaning: $50 per track for a full removal, shop-vac, and scrub. This is an optional add-on that we confirm with you before any work begins.
